Maintenance and cleaning: 1) Vacuum regularly, recommended 1-2 times a day; 2) Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth, then wipe with neutral cleaner; 3) Avoid strong alkaline or acidic cleaners; 4) Professional deep cleaning every 3-6 months; 5) Damaged tiles can be replaced individually for quick restoration.

Fire ratings of carpet tiles according to national standards: B1 (flame-retardant) - suitable for most commercial spaces including offices, malls and hotels; B2 (combustible) - suitable for residential and low-risk spaces; B3 (flammable) - not recommended. Most commercial carpet tiles meet the B1 rating.
