FAQ
The key is 'dry first, then wet': every day remove dust and grit with a dust mop or vacuum - at least twice a day in heavy-traffic areas - then mop with a slightly damp cloth and neutral cleaner, with the mop not dripping. Never flood the floor; moisture seeping into seams causes curling.
When tea, coffee or ink spills, wipe it up immediately with a damp cloth; gently rub black shoe marks with a white polishing pad and neutral cleaner; treat paint or glue residue locally with a dedicated adhesive remover, then wipe clean with water.
In heavy-traffic malls and hospitals, deep-clean with an automatic scrubber dryer once or twice a week; in ordinary offices, once every two weeks. Use only neutral-pH PVC floor cleaners - never strong acids/alkalis, steel wool or stiff brushes.
Yes. After six months to a year of use, we recommend a full waxing: after thorough cleaning and complete drying, apply 2-3 even coats of floor wax, letting each coat dry before the next. Avoid heavy foot traffic for 24 hours after waxing.
Light scratches can be repaired with floor wax of a matching color; deeper scratches need professional local replacement. Yellowing is usually caused by long-term use of alkaline cleaners or UV exposure, and regular waxing and polishing helps.
